Vinyl / Routing / Laser Cutting
These types of processes almost always involve a vectorized file type. ( .ai, eps., .pdf, .plt.) Please omit gradients from any cut files provided. Also there must be no open shapes with all fonts converted to curves or outlines.

Digital Printing
For digital printing we recommend typically around 100 dpi at full size. For pictures that might be seen from up close however 200-300 is suggested. We are capable of printing files with lower dpi however these suggestions are so that we may provide you with the best product possible.

Stamps / Seals / Engraving
Our laser engraver runs off of Corel Draw. In addition to using Corel Draw files (.cdr), we are also capable of using any of the follow vectorized file types: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .plt. The laser engraver is also capable of using rasterized file types such as .jpg or .tif but please be aware that lower resolution images may be somewhat pixelated depending on the file.

Fonts
When sending files please either provide the fonts with your files or convert the fonts to outlines or curves. In order to convert a font to curves in Illustrator select all of the text and then press Ctrl+O, or in Corel Draw select all of the text and press Shift+Ctrl+O. Please ensure an original copy is saved before converting a file to curves. Once the text has been converted you will be unable to make any revision to it.

Color Matching
When ordering a sign with a specific color its always best to provide us with something to match it to whether its a company's business card or a paint sample from some recent rennovations. If you're unable to provide us with a physical sample a PMS Number also known as a Pantone number would be the next best thing. Not all colours are matchable with all processes but we do our best to match them as close as possible. When determining the construction of a product we may require the color before hand. Some colors may be matched easily to vinyls where as others may have to be digitally printed or painted.
